Appointment Philosophy & Cancellations
Rescheduling & Cancellation
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or modify your reservation. This allows us the opportunity to offer the slot to guests on our waiting list.
Late Modifications & Absences
Because placeholders cannot be easily filled at short notice, cancellations, modifications, or no-shows occurring within 24 hours of your appointment time will incur a fee of $50.00. This fee will be automatically applied to the credit card secured at the time of your booking.
Late Arrivals
To preserve the integrity and peace of each guest’s experience, please arrive promptly. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened treatment time or a required reschedule, which will be treated as a late cancellation.
